The brand new world-class dye research and development center is located in Longsheng group, Shangyu, Shaoxing.

Today, Longsheng has become one of the world's largest producers of textile chemicals, with the annual capacity of 300 thousand tons of dye production, ranking first in the global market.

In the first half of this year, the business revenue of Longsheng group's dyestuff business increased by 52.85% over the same period last year.

Paying attention to scientific and technological innovation is one of the magic weapons of Longsheng group.

Longsheng's annual R & D expenditure accounts for over 1/3 of sales.

The sum of funds and the rapid growth of enterprise sales increased by an average of 26.4% per year.

This large-scale R & D investment has led Longsheng to form a virtuous cycle of "research and development, batch production, batch production, and a batch of reserves".

There are nearly 1900 patents in Longsheng, which has the world's complete product development, process development, color application service, and sustainable development solution technology research and development system.

In the first half of this year, Longsheng took the lead in the formulation of 5 industry standards.

Under the innovative atmosphere of "advocating technology" by Longsheng, a group of key core technologies will enable Longsheng to build a complete industrial chain of circular economy.

The research and development and industrialization of new functional disperse dyes and cleaner production technology have opened up a new profit growth point; the first domestic SO2 nitrite sulfuric acid production process reduces pollution by more than 90%; the application of low temperature process waste heat, annual energy saving of more than twenty thousand tons of standard coal.

With the increase of environmental remediation efforts, many domestic dyes and dyestuff intermediates are restricted or stopped production.

4 years ago, Longsheng, the "Asia first" of the dye industry, successfully acquired the German star, the first and most bankrupt Germany in the world.

Two years later, de star was completely free from bankruptcy.

In the process of integrating de SHDA, Longsheng accelerated the allocation of global resources and established links with major international and multinational banks and investment banks, making up for the lack of markets in Europe and the United States, and having an international innovation system and a global brand marketing system.
