The project was invested in three phases in 2010 ~2013, with a planned land area of 333 thousand square meters, with a planned investment of 720 million yuan.

The first phase of the project is planned for 173 thousand square meters of land, 140 thousand square meters of land for construction, and 320 million yuan for investment. It will build 11 units including villi factory, spinning mill, knitting factory, research and development building, comprehensive office building and corresponding production and living facilities.

We plan to complete the whole construction project in August 2012, complete the installation and commissioning of the equipment in April 2013, and put it into production.

After the completion of the project, we expect to produce 350 tons of cashmere yarn, wool yarn and all kinds of yarns annually, and produce 1 million 200 thousand cashmere sweaters and sweaters.

The product is also the only listed textile enterprise in Xinjiang. In the 90s of last century, its annual profit broke through 100 million yuan mark, and its net assets yield was more than 10% for many years.
