The profit margins of many enterprises in Jinjiang were greatly reduced.

Faced with difficulties, Yang Yimin believes that enterprises in Jinjiang should seek breakthroughs in reducing production costs, use the market "forced" mechanism, introduce international advanced technology and equipment, speed up technological pformation, improve production automation, and reduce labor costs.

At the same time, it can also consider relying on the industry associations to take the lead, organize centralized procurement enterprises to produce raw and auxiliary materials and machinery and equipment, and reduce production input costs.

In fact, in March of this year, 40 enterprises in Jinjiang proposed to purchase advanced equipment at home and abroad for technical pformation.

Not long ago, the provincial economic and Trade Commission took the lead in organizing enterprises to investigate in Europe. Among them, 14 food enterprises in Jinjiang, including relatives, Fuyuan and gold crown, put forward a list of advanced equipment that exceeded 200 million yuan.

"When we buy equipment, we also introduce advanced technology from abroad. This is not only a need for upgrading food enterprises in Jinjiang, but also an opportunity for them to compete fiercely in the domestic and international markets."

New financing channels for enterprises have been tightened up, and many small and medium-sized enterprises have encountered trouble in the capital chain.

The Jinjiang municipal government launched the enterprise's participation, set up financing Guarantee Corporation, the first small loan company in the province and Jinjiang Hongqiao Venture Capital Co., Ltd., and tried out the trademark exclusive rights and equity pledge loans, and managed to alleviate the financing difficulties of SMEs.

It is understood that Guarantee Corporation and small loan companies were established in less than 3 months and 1 months, and have helped SMEs in Jinjiang get about 40000000 yuan in loans.

Yang Yimin said that next step, Jinjiang will strive to operate these financing methods and fully support enterprises to tide over difficulties.

Independent innovation to promote brand building, "to seek breakthroughs in improving the ability of independent innovation of enterprises."

This is another direction for Jinjiang to deal with difficulties.

While encouraging enterprises to establish R & D centers, Jinjiang also encourages some large-scale enterprises to participate in the drafting of internal standards and grasp the commanding power and standard discourse power of the industry.

In addition, the Jinjiang municipal government is leading qualified enterprises to pform from production oriented to brand oriented, R & D and innovative, and take the road of individualization and differentiation.

If we encourage the integration of brand leading enterprises in traditional industries to small and medium-sized enterprises, we should establish a division and cooperation system for small and medium-sized enterprises, establish brand enterprises as the main brand, research and development, and small and medium-sized enterprises as a win-win pattern of OEM.

The international market is digging up business opportunities. Although the international economic situation is not optimistic, the big cake in overseas markets can not be abandoned.

Yang Yimin said that Jinjiang will still encourage qualified enterprises to seek breakthroughs in developing the international market.

For example, organize brand enterprises to participate in famous exhibitions abroad, set up sales outlets outside, foster agent manufacturers, carry out brand mergers and acquisitions, and develop international markets with independent brands.

Local enterprises should strengthen cooperation and form alliances, and "seek breakthroughs in promoting enterprise alliance".

Yang Yimin said that under the circumstances of tight foreign trade environment, Jinjiang has formulated policies of encouraging and supporting, focusing on promoting the supply and demand docking of clothing and footwear brand processing chains, and guiding regional brand enterprises to dispatch orders in the near future, encouraging more SMEs to produce OEM for local brand enterprises, and extending the brand processing chain horizontally.
